මේ ඊයේ පෙරේද කැළණි කැම්පස් එක ලඟදි අර විශ්ව විද්‍යාල ශිෂ්‍යයාට ගහපු එක දැකල මට යමක් මතක් උනා.මගේ බ්ලොග් එක නම් politics free.ඒත් ඉතින් මට හිතෙන දේවල් මම ලියනවා.
මට මතක් උනේ "The mist" කියන film එක.ඔයාලත් සමහරවිට මේක බලල ඇති.ඇමෙරිකාවේ පිටිසර පැත්තක ජීවත් වෙන පොඩි පවුලක්,උදේ නැගිටිද්දී දකිනවා එයාලගේ ගෙදර ළඟ විලේ ඈත කෙලවර මීදුමක් වසාගෙන තියනවා.එයාල එක ගණනකට ගන්නේ නෑ.පවුලේ තාත්තයි පුතායි යනවා නගරෙට බඩු වගයක් ගෙන්න.එතන store1 ක ඉන්නකොට හිටපු ගමන් ඒ store 1 ත් වැහෙන්න මීදුම ගලනවා. ඒ මැදින් මිනිහෙක් කෑ ගහගෙන එනවා එලියට යන්න එපා, එළියේ අත්භූත, භයානක මොක්කු හරි ඉන්නවා කියල. ඉතින් මෙයාල මේක ඇතුලේ කොටු වෙනවා.
ඇත්තටම එහෙම සත්තු ඉන්නවා කියල මෙයාලට ටික වෙලාවකින් තේරෙනවා.ඇතුලේ ඉන්න කණ්ඩායමෙන් මිනිස්සුත් ටික ටික උන්ට ගොදුරු වෙලා මැරෙනවා.එකේ ඉන්නවා හමුදාවේ 3 දෙනෙක්.එයාලගෙන් 2 ක් සියදිවි නසා ගන්නවා.ඉතුරු වෙලා ඉන්න කෙනාගෙන් ප්‍රශ්න කරද්දී කට්ටියම දැන ගන්නවා රජයෙන්, සමාන්තර ලෝක,කාලය-අවකාශය ගැන කරපු project 1 ක් වැරදිලා, අන්තිමට ඒ ලෝකයක සතුන් මේ ලෝකෙත් පැතිරෙන්න අරන් කියල.( එක ටිකක් අමුතු theory 1 ක් ,හරියට project 1 කරපු තැන ඉඳන් ඒ ලෝකෙත් ප්‍රසාරණය වෙලා,මේ ලෝකේ ටික ටික පැතිරෙනවා වගේ කතාවක් ).
මේ හමුදා සෙබල ඒ project 1 ට කිසිම සම්බන්දයක් නැති කෙනෙක්,නිකන්ම ආරක්ෂක භටයෙක්.ඒත් අර store 1 ඇතුලේ බයෙන්,තරහින් පිස්සු වැටිලා වගේ ඉන්න මිනිස්සු මේ වෙලා තියන දේට වගකිවයුත්ත විදිහට අර තරුණ කොල්ලට ගහල, පිහියෙන් ඇනල store එකෙන් එලියට දානවා.ඊට පස්සේ අර සතෙක් ඇවිත් මිනිහව ඇදන් යනකන් සතුටින් බලන් ඉන්නවා. ඒ කණ්ඩායමේ සමහරුන්ට මොලයක් තියනවා මේ අසරණය ඒ වෙලා තියන දේට වගකිවයුත්ත නෙමේ කියල.ඒත් එයාලට ඒ කොල්ලව බේරගන්න ලැබෙන නෑ.
(ඔය film 1 මම බලල තියන film වලින් ජරාම අවසානය තියන එකක්.තව ඔය වගේ ජරා අවසානයක්
තියන එකක් තමා "Remember me".)
ඉතින් ඉතින් අර සීන් එක ( කැලණිය කැම්පස් එකෙන් අසුභ වෙලාවට එලියට බැස්ස ළමයට උද්ගෝෂණය කරපු අය ගහන එක) TV1 පෙන්නද්දී මට ඔය කෑල්ල මතක් උනා.ඇමෙරිකාවේ උනත් ලංකාවේ උනත් මිනිස්සු මිනිස්සුමයි. ඒ කිව්වේ බාගෙට අමනුස්සයෝ. ඒ හැංගිලා ඉන්න පැත්ත එලියට එන්න ඉතින් ඔය වගේ අවස්තාවකම ලැබෙන්න ඕනේ.
අනික තව එකක්,ඕක යද්දී අම්ම කියනවා " අර සන්ධ්‍යා නේද පෙළපාලියේ ඉස්සරහින්ම යන්නේ?ඕකිට කොහෙද කැම්පස් යන ළමයි?මෙහෙන් කීදෙනෙක් ව එක්කන් ගියාද දැන් නෑ" කියල.බලන් යද්දී පෙළපාලියේ බහුතරයක් "අහවල්" දේශපාල පක්ෂයේ ක්‍රියාකාරී සාමාජිකයෝ.හිනා යන වැඩේ.
mmm ඉතින් එච්චරයි.ලංකාවේ වෙන වැඩ ගැන බොහොම කලකිරිලා ඉන්නේ.දේශපාලනය ගැන විතරක් නෙමේ, ශ්‍රී ලාංකිකයන්ගේ අමනුස්සකම් ගැන.... what to do..........c u guys.bye bye

I could not help but commenting as you have referred to one of my most ‘favorite’ movies. Well, I use the word ‘favorite’ in a different sense here. It is one of the movies that shocked me most and I do not want to see it again at any cost.
These are the words of its director about the movie: "The story is less about the monsters outside than about the monsters inside, the people you're stuck with, your friends and neighbors breaking under the strain."
But it made me think. That is what matters.
Yes, I agree it was one of the worst ends I have seen. The end of the book has been different. The four in the car listen just one word broadcast over the radio (name of a city) and drive there with some hope. The author Stephen King has first objected the ending but has later agreed saying “People who go to watch horror movies, do not necessarily pay for happy endings”
BTW, Stephen King has done much horror stories and some very good ones. The Shawshank Redemptionis my favorite. The real favorite.
